MONTHLY COACHING

This package includes four, 30 minute sessions. Virtual platforms, such as Zoom, are utilized. A meal plan is included with any new client.

1st Month: $500 first month (initial 60 minute session included)

2nd month and beyond: $350/month

CONSULTATIONS

All initial sessions last 60 minutes. Follow up sessions are 45 minutes in length. Sessions can be face-to-face or virtual.
